| Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Lightly coat baking sheet
with nonstick spay. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, oil garlic powder,
paprika, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Spread potatoes
in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes,
or until lightly browned. Line a large bowl with several layers of paper
towels. Spoon potatoes into bowl and serve warm. Yield: 4 servings. Per
serving: 3.6 grams protein, 45 grams carbohydrates.
